The room is heated to about 95-105 to facilitate deeper stretching, relieve stress and tension, prevent injury and help detoxify the body. The heat makes muscles more elastic and less susceptible to injury. The heat also provides an optimal experience for practicing yoga because it allows you to work deeper into the body in a safer way. Don’t worry! You will get used to the heat! Our prescribed method of instruction along with the controlled heat and humidity allows for the bodies systems to begin working harmoniously, leaving you feeling reenergized, rejuvenated, revitalized and better than you’ve ever felt in your life!
