NEW BUTHI YOGA CLASS STARTING JANUARY 13TH AT 9AM!!  DECEMBER 31ST: 10:30 AM BIKRAM ONLY, NEW YEARS DAY WE WILL BE OPEN ALL DAY FOR THE REGULAR SCHEDULE.  HAVE A SAFE AND AMAZING HOLIDAY SEASON!

Reminders

  • NEW STUDENTS please arrive 15 minutes before your first class for sign-up & orientation.
  • Classes start on time, please be prompt or you may not be admitted.
  • Beginning and advanced students welcome, no experience or pre-registration necessary.
  • Bring or wear light form-fitting clothing. Showers and change rooms for men and women are available.
  • Bring a bottle of water, yoga mat and large towel. (All are available for rent or purchase at the front desk.)
  • Come well hydrated on an empty stomach.
  • Be prepared to sweat and have fun!
